Honesty, Respect, Confidentiality, and Compliance
Our Business Conduct Policy outlines the ethical standards that all WoopSkinz+Brascom GmbH employees must adhere to. Upon joining the company, employees are required to read and understand the policy and certify their compliance annually. Any breach of the policy is dealt with seriously and may lead to disciplinary measures, including termination of employment.

Our Business Conduct and Global Compliance team at WoopSkinz+Brascom GmbH is tasked with overseeing compliance functions that are deeply integrated into our business organization. These functions include business conduct, political compliance, export and sanctions compliance, health compliance, antitrust compliance, and anti-corruption compliance.
Bringing Policy to Life
All employees are obligated to undertake compulsory annual training on Business Conduct. We provide a variety of supplementary resources to assist our employees with inquiries and issues, including the Business Conduct Helpline and the Business Conduct website.
Being Accountable
To ensure their effectiveness, we internally and externally evaluate our programs. As emerging trends arise, we revise our policies and training. The Chief Compliance Officer of WoopSkinz+Brascom GmbH regularly updates the Board of Directors' Audit and Finance Committee.
